Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the BODACC.io platform, published by Subvox (hereinafter "the Publisher"). The platform aims to make announcements from the Official Bulletin of Civil and Commercial Announcements (BODACC) accessible in real time.

2. Access to the Service

The BODACC.io service is accessible free of charge subject to the limitations applicable to each subscription plan. Access to certain advanced features (enriched data, API, alerts) may require a subscription. The User undertakes not to use the service for fraudulent purposes or in violation of the law.

3. Data Ownership

The public BODACC data comes from the Opendatasoft API of the DILA (Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information). BODACC.io enriches this data and offers an optimized search interface. The enriched data and proprietary algorithms developed by the Publisher are protected by copyright and intellectual property.

4. Liability

The Publisher strives to maintain continuous and quality access to the platform, without any absolute guarantee of availability. The Publisher shall not be held liable for errors, omissions, or delays in the dissemination of announcements, as these are published under the sole responsibility of the DILA. The User acknowledges that the information provided via BODACC.io is for indicative purposes only and cannot replace official publications.

5. User Account

Creating an account is required to access certain features. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend any account in the event of abusive or fraudulent use of the service.

6. Data Protection

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In accordance with the GDPR, the User has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data. To exercise these rights: [email protected].

7. Data Confidentiality

BODACC.io guarantees that all its data comes from free and public sources available on the Internet. To request the right of access or objection over your data, simply contact us. We nevertheless reserve the right to retain public data as long as the source website continues to publish this information, on a fairness basis. Example: if your personal information posted on a blog has been collected, as long as the blog has not modified and corrected the source information, we will not correct it. As for BODACC announcements, the register is public and available online.

8. Modification of the Terms of Use

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.
