Our mission
BODACC.io provides realtime access to the notices of the Official Bulletin of Civil and Commercial Announcements (BODACC): business creations, modifications, removals, collective proceedings, sales and filing of accounts. This information is public and free at the source, but often difficult to use. Our mission is to make it simple to view, understand and track, for entrepreneurs, professionals and the general public.

BODACC.io is published by the company BODACC.io. Our team brings together complementary profiles: project management, data ingestion and structuring, enrichment of records, international outreach and quality oversight. Each team member is presented on their dedicated page, with their role and publications.

The notices come from the Official Bulletin of Civil and Commercial Announcements, published by DILA (Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information). Business identity data (legal form, NAF code, official address) comes from INSEE and the National Register of Enterprises (RNE). Our algorithms supplement this public data with information that is itself public (website, phone, social media) to make each record more useful.
