Our Sources
All information published on BODACC.io comes from official and public sources: the Official Bulletin of Civil and Commercial Announcements (DILA), INSEE for company identities, and the National Register of Companies. The figures we cite (announcement volumes, statistics, trends) are calculated from these official data.
Our Method
Each announcement is read, structured, and then presented with its context: the publication date, the company concerned, the announcement category, and key information. Our news is based on the day's data: published volumes, changes by category and by territory. When we produce an analysis, it is clearly presented as such and relies on official figures.
Information and Analysis
We always distinguish factual information (what the official announcement says) from analysis (what it may mean for the company or its territory). The dates, amounts, and statuses cited are those from the official documents. No sponsored or advertising content is presented as editorial information.
Quality and Review
Each publication is reviewed before distribution. Figures are recalculated from official sources. If an error is detected, it is corrected promptly, and the correction is documented on our Corrections page.
Daily News
Our News section offers a daily summary of published announcements: the day's volumes, notable events, and changes by territory. Each article indicates its publication date and author, and cites its sources.
