August 20 recap: security and data are strengthened, mail becomes reliable

A day with 18,005 notices, one of the busiest of the week: account filings dominate with 14,362 notices, ahead of 1,887 creations, 792 modifications and 441 collective proceedings. Business security was checked one by one, mail sent from the site became reliable end to end, and data was reorganized for faster performance. The daily recap is online, with its 35 frequently asked questions and the post published on X.

Several improvements are visible starting today, without installing anything.

• The site map is accessible again at the root: search engines find all pages again, and its update date is preserved.1The site map

Mail has become a reliable service: every send is tracked, errors are corrected, and absences no longer waste time.

• Every mail received or sent is tracked: no more requests lost between inboxes, and automatic replies are linked to the discussion thread.6The update log
• Absences are managed: if a contact is absent with a return date, the follow-up is sent automatically the day after their return; if a relay is designated, they are informed directly.6The update log

• Blackmail messages are detected and flagged for human validation: no automatic reply, no confirmation that the inbox is being read.6The update log

Monitoring of French company websites underwent a methodical review: each detector was scrutinized to report only real vulnerabilities.

• Vulnerability alerts were verified one by one: false positives were removed, and the list of actually vulnerable sites is now reliable.8Company profiles
• Technical surfaces of websites are mapped: publicly accessible entry points are listed on the profiles, to spot vulnerabilities before others do.9Example company profile

The database was reorganized so the site responds faster and information connects better.

This August 20, I checked every security alert one by one, cleaned erroneous emails from the database, and reorganized data so profiles respond instantly. Mail, for its part, has become a service tracked end to end: nothing gets lost, nothing goes to a dead address, and every absence gets its answer at the right time. This is concrete reliability: when you read a company site or write to the site, what you see is true.
