A company without a recent announcement

ICARE appears in the national business register under SIREN 909106981, in the municipality of Taluyers, but no BODACC announcement is linked to it over the period covered by our archives. This does not mean that it has ceased its activity, nor that it has never declared anything: a company may have had no event to publish since its creation, and account filings are not all announced in the BODACC.

What can be stated therefore comes down to few words, and this is precisely the useful information: the company exists in the registry, it is attached to this municipality, and its legal identity is stable over the period we cover. To know whether it is still in activity, the only document that is authoritative remains the extract from the trade and companies register, and the situation notice issued by INSEE.

The absence of an announcement is not the absence of activity, and the presence of an announcement is not a judgment. We publish what the BODACC publishes, on its date, without interpreting it beyond what it says.
