Extra Services

Extra Services is registered under SIREN 993428002, in the municipality of La Celle-Saint-Cloud. It is the national business register that carries its legal identity, and the BODACC that publishes the events of its life: creation, change of manager or registered office, filing of accounts, transfer, collective procedure, deregistration. A company record is therefore not an announcement, nor a rating, nor a judgment on the quality of work: it is the public and dated trace of what a company has declared.

The announcements published for this company are listed above, from the most recent to the oldest, with their publication date. Their succession tells a trajectory: a recent creation, a transfer of registered office, the arrival of a new manager, a filing of accounts that stops or a collective procedure that opens are signals that the register makes visible to all, customers, suppliers, employees as well as creditors.

What the register does not say matters just as much: it provides neither the real commercial health, nor the quality of services, nor disputes between individuals. This information does not exist in the legal announcements, and no one can read it there. What appears here is public, verifiable and enforceable: the rest is judged elsewhere.
