You are looking for a specific company

Start with its name or its SIREN number. The company search accepts both, without accent and without case: "societe generale" and "Société Générale" give the same result, and the SIREN identifies a company with certainty, including when the name is ambiguous. Once on the record, the history of announcements recounts the legal life of the company: creation, changes of directors, filing of accounts, proceedings, possible removal from the register.

You are checking a customer, a supplier or a tenant

The question asked is almost always the same: is this company still active, and does it have a past that was not told to me? Three elements answer this. The presence or absence of a recent notice indicates whether the company is still publishing, which is the case as long as it files its accounts. The family of the notice distinguishes a simple update from a collective procedure. The dates, finally, situate each event and make it possible to measure whether the situation is old or current.

You are monitoring a sector or a territory

The notices are classified by category and by geographical jurisdiction.
